Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AZ Energy Hub ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AZ Energy Hub provides free utility-bill, home-energy, solar, storage, and appliance calculators plus educational content for Arizona residents. The Service also links to official third-party data sources. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the site evolves.

Not Financial or Professional Advice

All calculations, estimates, and projections provided by AZ Energy Hub are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, engineering, medical, or other professional advice. Results use the inputs you enter, named public sources, and any assumptions identified on the relevant page. Actual results can vary because of factors including:

• Your enrolled utility plan, riders, taxes, fees, and interval usage
• Measured equipment power, runtime, efficiency, and startup behavior
• Production, weather, shading, equipment, and installation conditions
• Prices, financing, tax eligibility, program availability, and future changes

Always consult a qualified tax professional, licensed solar installer, and/or financial advisor before making purchasing decisions.

Accuracy of Information

We record the source and checked date for material rates, schedules, programs, tax rules, and safety boundaries. Sources and customer circumstances can still change, and we do not warrant that information is complete, current, or error-free. Utility base rates shown may exclude adjustors, service charges, taxes, fees, or other riders listed on your actual bill.

Advertising

Ad serving is disabled during the current publisher recovery. AZ Energy Hub is designed for future funding through display advertising, subject to a separate publisher-safety review and a route allowlist. We do not participate in affiliate programs, earn product commissions, sell leads, or let advertising alter calculator results.

User Accounts

Sign-in may remain available, but personalized profile storage and projections are paused during the publisher recovery. If you use an account feature, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The calculators, content, and design of AZ Energy Hub are protected by copyright. You may use the calculators for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or calculator logic without permission.

Limitation of Liability

AZ Energy Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, reliance on calculator results, or purchasing decisions made based on information provided.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
